His experience spans mentoring, higher education, and coaching, with a strong background in supporting individuals and organisations to create inclusive, thriving environments. Having worked as an Inclusion Adviser and Coach, Sam has seen firsthand the challenges faced by individuals navigating personal and professional growth. His coaching and consultancy approach is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to individual and organisational needs. Sam facilitates reflective practice sessions, workplace inclusion training, and leadership coaching, helping teams navigate change, improve communication, and foster emotional resilience.
